Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorized.
Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
Please note that personalized, made-to-order, handmade, or large-volume orders may require additional production time before shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed by our fulfillment partners.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (when available).
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout the United States and to many international destinations.
If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on:
- Shipping destination
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Selected shipping method
From time to time, 93 GOOSE FASHION PTE. LTD may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping during special events.
Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after the carrier has scanned your package.

If your order is intended for a birthday, holiday, school event, or special occasion, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance.
Shipping Delays
Although we strive to ship every order on schedule, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Customs inspections

- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect shipping information
- Other unforeseen logistics issues

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted:
- Delivery may be delayed.
- The package may be returned by the shipping carrier.
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.
- Additional shipping fees may be required for reshipment.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box or packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If your tracking status shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, your apartment management, or your local shipping carrier before contacting our support team.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability, production schedules, or fulfillment locations.
If multiple shipments are necessary, separate tracking information will be provided for each package.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused by the recipient or returned because delivery could not be completed, any applicable return shipping costs, customs fees, carrier charges, or handling fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Holiday Shipping
During major holidays, seasonal sales, and promotional events, order processing and shipping may require additional time due to increased order volumes.
We encourage customers to place holiday and special occasion orders as early as possible.
