Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
- Include all tags, labels, accessories, and promotional items received with the order.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made clothing
- Custom name shirts
- Personalized baby bodysuits
- Custom sweatshirts
- Made-to-order apparel
- Custom family matching outfits
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the item received
- Photos of the shipping package
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following remedies, depending on the situation:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund
How to Start a Return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information, as 93 GOOSE FASHION PTE. LTD cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without valid tracking.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
- Inspection typically takes 2–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Your financial institution may require 5–10 business days to complete the refund, depending on the payment provider.
Processing times may vary between banks and payment processors.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued in certain situations, including:
- Items showing minor signs of handling that do not affect resale.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Orders missing non-essential accessories or packaging materials.
- Returns approved outside the standard return period at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production or fulfillment begins.
Because many of our products are personalized or produced specifically after an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
If production has already started or the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Personalized & Custom Products
Many 93 GOOSE FASHION PTE. LTD products are created specifically for each customer.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products customized with:
- Names
- Initials
- Custom text
- Personalized graphics
- Custom artwork
- School information
- Family names
- Special dates
- Customer-requested design modifications
However, if your personalized product arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, embroidery error, or personalization mistake caused by 93 GOOSE FASHION PTE. LTD, we will gladly work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Size-Related Returns
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size by referring to the size chart provided on each product page.
Returns based solely on ordering the wrong size may not be accepted for personalized or made-to-order products.
If you need sizing assistance before placing your order, our support team will be happy to help.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused by the recipient or returned because of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, any applicable shipping charges, return shipping fees, customs duties, or carrier fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different product, color, or size (when eligible), we recommend returning the original item in accordance with this policy and placing a new order separately.
Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, 93 GOOSE FASHION PTE. LTD reserves the right to deny refund or return requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or inconsistent with this Return & Refund Policy.
