Will I receive the exact product shown in the photos?

We make every effort to ensure our product photos accurately represent the items you will receive. However, slight variations in color, fabric texture, print placement, or personalization may occur due to different screen settings, manufacturing processes, and the handmade or made-to-order nature of some products.

These minor differences are normal and do not affect the overall quality, comfort, or functionality of the product. If you have any questions before placing your order, our customer support team is always happy to help.

Where can I view or download my order receipt?

After your order has been successfully placed, a confirmation email containing your order details and receipt will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you created an account, you can also view your order history, invoices, and order status by logging into your account and visiting the My Orders section.

How can I return an item?

If you would like to return an eligible item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached whenever possible.

Please note that personalized, custom-made, and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain an error caused by 93 GOOSE FASHION PTE. Will out-of-stock items be restocked?

Many of our products are restocked regularly, depending on demand and material availability. However, some personalized, seasonal, limited-edition, or discontinued items may not be available again once they are sold out.

If an item you’re interested in is currently out of stock, we recommend checking back soon or contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. We’ll be happy to let you know if a restock is planned or suggest similar products that may meet your needs.
